Changes to Management Team

This current report on Form 6-K was filed in connection with the changes to the management team of NaaS Technology Inc. (the “Company”). Effective June 1, 2026, Ms. Ye Wu will resign from her role as the Company’s Chief Strategy Officer due to personal reasons. There were no disagreements between Ms. Wu and the Company, and Ms. Wu’s departure is not related to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
