METLEN ENERGY & METALS PLC

PDMR and PCA transaction notification for shares acquired through the voluntary share exchange tender offer

The Company has been notified that on 4 August 2025 certain Directors or other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company or their persons closely associated ("PCAs") were issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in exchange for the shares they held in Metlen Energy & Metals SA, following the conclusion of a voluntary share exchange tender offer conducted by the Company.

This announcement is published in accordance with the disclosure requirements that apply by virtue of the Company's primary listing on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") and secondary listing on the Athens Stock Exchange ("ATHEX"), respectively.
