Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them pursuant to Regulation (EU) 596/2014

Maroussi, 7 August 2025 - METLEN ENERGY & METALS S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces, in accordance with article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the notifications received by persons discharging managerial responsibilities, the exchange outside a trading venue of Company shares by persons discharging managerial responsibilities, as well as persons closely associated with them, on 01.08.2025, in consideration for newly issued Euro denominated ordinary registered shares of Metlen Energy & Metals PLC (the "Metlen PLC"), at an exchange ration of one Metlen PLC share for each Company share, through acceptance of the voluntary share exchange tender offer dated 25 June 2025, as follows:
