MyState Retail Entitlement Offer due to close on Monday 21 June 2021

Wednesday, 16 June 2021: MyState Limited (ASX: MYS) reminds eligible retail shareholders that its Retail Entitlement Offer, announced to the market on 24 May 2021, is due to close on Monday 21 June 2021 at 5:00pm (AEST) .

Capital Raising Summary

On 24 May 2021 MyState announced to the market its intention to raise:

• approximately $20 million by way of a fully underwritten institutional placement (Placement);

• up to approximately $60 million by way of an Entitlement Offer partially underwritten to $30 million being a 1 for 6.6 accelerated non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to Eligible Institutional Shareholders (Institutional Entitlement Offer) and Eligible Retail Shareholders (Retail Entitlement Offer); and

• the offer price for the Placement and Entitlement Offer is $4.30 per share.

On 26 May 2021 MyState announced to the market the successful completion of the Institutional Entitlement Offer and Placement which raised approximately $11.3m and $20m respectively for a combined total of approximately $31.3m.

On 31 May 2021 the Retail Entitlement Offer commenced and the Retail Offer Booklet was lodged with the ASX and distributed to shareholders.

Please note that shareholders outside Australia or New Zealand (among other criteria) are ineligible to participate in the Retail Entitlement Offer.
