MyState Limited successfully prices $400m RMBS
Hobart, Friday, 16 March 2018: MyState Limited (ASX:MYS), the banking and wealth management group, today announced that it has successfully priced its ConQuest 2018-1 Trust RMBS transaction.
The senior tranches of notes have received a preliminary rating of AAA (sf) from Standard and Poor’s and Fitch Ratings. The transaction is backed by Australian prime residential mortgages originated by MyState Bank Limited.
Managing Director and CEO Melos Sulicich said “The success of this transaction in attracting broad domestic and international interest and the relative tightening in pricing continues to reaffirm the strength of the ConQuest program.”
The successful transaction represents the seventh RMBS transaction under the ConQuest program. Eighteen investors, domestic and abroad participated in this transaction.
The most senior tranche priced at 103bps + 1mth BBSW, a positive margin contraction from the most the recent May 2017 transaction.
