MyState Limited Announces CONQUEST Series 2013-1 Trust
Hobart, Tuesday, 29 October 2013: MyState Limited announced today the launch of MyState Financial Limited’s third Residential Mortgage Backed Securities issue, the CONQUEST Series 2013-1 Trust, under its CONQUEST securitisation programme.
It is anticipated that securities with a value of up to $322 million will be issued comprising of three tranches. It is expected the A and AB class notes will be rated AAA (sf) by Standard and Poors and Fitch Ratings with the B class notes to be rated AA- (sf) by Standard and Poors.
The issue will be backed by Australian prime residential mortgages originated by MyState Financial Limited and the Rock Building Society Limited.
MyState Limited’s Managing Director, John Gilbert, said; “the launch of this transaction demonstrates the diversified asset portfolio of the Group following the acquisition of The Rock. The transaction is a positive step for the CONQUEST programme and the long term funding of both institutions.”
Westpac Institutional Bank is the Sole Arranger on the transaction as well as Joint Lead Manager along with Macquarie Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
