MYSTATE LIMITED- ADMISSION TO OFFICIAL LIST AND COMMENCEMENT OF OFFICIAL QUOTATION

On 18 and 19 August 2009, shareholders of Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Limited (ASX Code: TPX) (TPX) and members of MyState Financial Credit Union of Tasmania Limited (MSF) approved respective schemes of arrangement (Schemes) to effect a merger between TPX and MSF.

The Schemes were approved by the Supreme Court of Tasmania on 7 September 2009 and the Court orders were lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) today, 9 September 2009.
