Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Thursday, 24 June 2021: The Chairman of MyState Limited has announced that Mr Stephen Davy has been appointed a non executive director of MyState Limited effective 1 July 2021.

Mr Davy was formerly Chief Executive Officer and Director of Hydro Tasmania, a position he held from 2013 to 2020.

Prior to that role Mr Davy held senior executive roles at Hydro Tasmania, Eraring Energy, Societe General and Bankers Trust and started his banking career at Macquarie Bank.

Mr Davy is also a Director at Shaw Contracting and at Volunteering Tasmania and has a senior role at UPC\AC Renewables Australia.

Mr Hampton said that “Mr Davy would bring a wealth of commercial experience and a detailed knowledge of the finance sector to his role as a non executive director at MyState.”
