MyState Limited extends Tom Taylor’s contract as interim CFO

Hobart, Tuesday, 1 April 2014: MyState Limited today announced that it has extended Tom Taylor’s contract as interim Chief Financial Officer until the end of September 2014.

Mr Taylor was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 15 April 2013.

Tim Rutherford, MyState Limited’s acting CEO, said, “Tom has made a significant contribution to our organisation since joining us almost a year ago and I am glad he will remain with us while the Company considers longer term options.”

From 1995 to 2000, Mr Taylor was Chief Financial Officer for AMP Bank and was the lead executive responsible for setting up AMP Bank’s banking, financial and treasury operations in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. In 2001, Mr Taylor was appointed as Cuscal’s Chief Financial Officer and since 2008 he has held a number of non-executive roles in the superannuation sector and consulted to banking organisations including MyState.
