Scott Lukianenko appointed as Company Secretary of MyState Limited
Hobart, Thursday, 31 October 2013: MyState Limited today announced that Scott Lukianenko has been appointed as Company Secretary effective 1 November.
Mr Lukianenko will replace Mr Lindsay Scott.
MyState Limited’s Managing Director, John Gilbert, said, “Scott not only has a strong history with the Company in secretariat and risk roles, but he has significant experience in the banking and finance industry.”
Mr Lukianenko was previously Company Secretary and General Manager Risk for MyState Financial, now a wholly owned subsidiary of MyState Limited until his resignation in November 2009 and has more than 20 years experience in the banking and finance sector.
