Appointment of Company Secretary

MyState Limited announces the appointment of Mr Lindsay Scott as Company Secretary effective 27 September 2012.

Mr Scott replaces Mr Paul Viney who remains as Chief Financial Officer following his resignation as Company Secretary.

Mr Scott is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries Australia and Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia. He holds both a Masters and a Bachelor Degree and has had extensive accounting and management experience in mining and manufacturing prior to joining the Company in 2010.
