Completion of Disposal and Board Changes

MyHealthChecked PLC (AIM: MHC) announces, further to the notification of 4 November 2025, that the disposal of Concepta Diagnostics Limited ("Disposal") completed earlier today.

Following completion of the Disposal, the Board Changes detailed in the notification of 14 October 2025 ("Notification") have taken effect and the Company has become an AIM Rule 15 Cash Shell, as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies.

As set out in the Notification dated 14 October 2025 the Company is also required to change its name as soon as reasonably practicable following Completion. A further notification will be made when this change has been implemented.
