Non-Renounceable Rights Issue Closing Date
The Board of sustainable and eco-friendly bioplastics developer SECOS Group Limited (ASX: SES) ( Company ) reminds that closing date for all eligible shareholders to participate in Rights Issue is Tuesday 13 November 2018 at 1700 AEDT .
Under the Rights Issue offer, eligible shareholders may apply in excess of their entitlement.
Dispatch of Information Booklet and Entitlement and Acceptance Form was completed on 30 October 2018 to all eligible shareholders. Please contact us if you have not received your acceptance form.
