Secos Group Limited
TRADING HALT
The securities of Secos Group Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 27 November 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

SECOS GROUP LTD (ASX: SES) – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, SECOS Group Ltd ( the Company ) requests that a voluntary and immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX in respect of the Company’s securities.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:
(1) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the Company’s securities pending an announcement the Company anticipates releasing to the ASX regarding result of capital raising initiative (Announcement). The Company is in the process of finalising the convertible notes;
(2) SECOS requests that the trading halt remain in place until the Announcement being released to ASX; and
(3) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
