EXTENSION OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN (SPP) CLOSING DATE

SECOS Group Limited (“SECOS” or “the Company”) wishes to advise the market that the closing date of the SPP has been extended to 30 March 2016.

The Company has received reports that some shareholders received their SPP invitation and acceptance documentation as late as Thursday 17 March 2016. In order to allow affected shareholders time to review the documentation and finalise a transaction, the Board has decided to extend the closing date to 30 March 2016 .

The revised timetable for the Offer is set out in the table below. All other terms remain unchanged.
