ISSUE OF FREE ATTACHING OPTIONS

Following shareholders’ approval in the General Meeting held on 10[th] July 2013, the Company has allotted and issued 100 Million free attaching options (“New Options”) to the investors who have participated in the Share Placement that took place in May 2013.

New Options have an exercise price of $0.0035 and an expiry date of 15[th] July 2014.

New Options issued will be unlisted securities.
