RESULTS OF NEW OPTIONS ISSUE TO HOLDERS OF THE OPTIONS WHICH EXPIRED UNEXERCISED ON 31 DECEMBER 2007
The Board wishes to announce that the take up from the new Options Issue to the above holders was 49.42% or 96,944,632 options.
The Shortfall was 99,222,676 options.
The new options will be exercisable at 10 cents each at any time up to 30 June 2011.
Bonus Issue to Members
In accordance with the approval of members at their General Meeting on 16 June 2008 the Directors have decided to issue a further 165,703,289 new options free as a bonus issue to members on the basis of 3 new options for every 5 ordinary shares held at the record date of 13 August 2008.
