DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

SECOS Group Limited (“ SECOS” or “the Company” ) would like to announce the departure of Dr. Frank Glatz, CEO and Director of SECOS and Cardia Bioplastics (Australia) Pty Ltd, effective 29 July 2016. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Frank for the services that he has provided over the past 8 years.

In leading Cardia’s R&D team, Dr. Glatz has played a key role in the development of the Cardia Biohybrid[TM] and Compostable product ranges. It is now time for the business to focus on leveraging its strong intellectual property position in the market. Frank’s role as CEO of Cardia Bioplastics will be absorbed by Stephen Walters, SECOS Group’s Managing Director, and the Company intends to bolster its sales and marketing team in the near future.

We wish Frank the very best in his future endeavours.
