DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

The Board of SECOS Group Ltd (“SECOS” or “the Company”) advises that Mr.Gideon Meltzer has resigned as a Director of SECOS to focus on his legal practice.

The Board of SECOS would like to thank Mr.Meltzer for his service to the Company and wish him all the best with his other endeavours. Mr. Meltzer will continue to provide the SECOS Group with legal consulting services.
