BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Cardia Bioplastics Ltd (“Cardia”) advises that Mr. Pat Volpe has stepped down from his role as Chairman of Cardia due to other work commitments.

As the founding Director and Chairman, Mr. Volpe has provided great service to Cardia and the Board acknowledges his contribution to the Company and would like to thank Mr. Volpe for his valuable work and ongoing support.

Mr.Volpe will continue to provide his expertise and guidance to Cardia as Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Richard Tegoni will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman, effective immediately.
