2022 Annual General Meeting Access Details

As announced to the ASX on 28 October 2022, the 2022 SECOS Annual General Meeting is scheduled for:

Date and Time: Wednesday 30 November 2022 1000 AEDT (Melbourne Time)

Venue: To be conducted virtually

Shareholder Access

Shareholders are invited to join the Meeting online using the following link: www.advancedshare.com.au/virtual-meeting

The Meeting ID and Password to allow full access to the AGM can be found in the Proxy Form that was dispatched to each Shareholder separately via email or by post on 28 October 2022.

Guest Access

Guests are welcome to join the Meeting online using the following link: https://www.advancedshare.com.au/Dashboard/Meeting-Casting-Control?meetingid=SES0008

The below details and all other details for the meeting are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting/Proxy Form and remained unchanged.

Voting Electronically

Shareholders are advised that all resolutions will be decided on a poll. Please note that shareholders are strongly encouraged to lodge Proxy Forms electronically [or via mail] to reach the Registry prior to 10:00am AEDT (Melbourne Time) on 28 November 2022 ( Due Date ).

Shareholders and proxyholders will be able to cast their vote by lodging a Proxy Form as specified in the Notice of Annual General Meeting/Proxy Form before the Due Date, or by voting at the Meeting online via the www.advancedshare.com.au/virtual-meeting platform by:

• (a) visiting www.advancedshare.com.au/virtual-meeting on a smartphone, tablet or computer (using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer 11, Edge or Firefox); and

• (b) entering the unique Meeting ID found in Proxy Form.

If votes are not cast prior to meeting, polling can take place at the meeting upon Chairman’s announcement. For full details on voting and access to the meeting, please refer to the proxy form as specified in the Notice of Annual General Meeting/Proxy Form.

Shareholders with multiple holdings will either need to log into the www.advancedshare.com.au/virtual-meeting platform separately under each SRN or HIN to cast their vote whilst the poll is open during the Meeting, or cast their vote by lodging a Proxy Form as specified in the Notice of Annual General Meeting/Proxy Form before the Due Date.
