Mailing of 2016 Annual Report and Notice of 2017 Annual Meeting

Following the release on 11 May 2017 of the Company's Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2016, MYCELX announces that the 2016 Annual Report is being mailed today to shareholders, together with the Notice of 2017 Annual Meeting, the Form of Proxy and the Form of Direction for depository interest holders.

Copies have been placed on the Company's website at www.mycelx.com. Copies will also be available free of charge from the Company's headquarters at 2420 Meadowbrook Parkway, Duluth, Georgia, GA 30096, USA for a period of at least one month.

Annual Meeting

The Company's 2017 Annual Meeting will be held at 12 noon (BST) on Wednesday 12 July 2017 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4AG.
