Mailing of 2014 Annual Report and Notice of 2015 Annual Meeting

Following the release on 20 March 2015 of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2014, MyCelx announces that the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2014 (the "Annual Report") has been mailed to shareholders, together with the Notice of 2015 Annual Meeting, the Form of Proxy and the Form of Direction for depository interest holders.

Copies have been placed on the Company's website at www.mycelx.com. Copies will also be available free of charge from the Company's headquarters at 2420 Meadowbrook Parkway, Duluth, Georgia, GA 30096, USA for a period of at least one month.

Annual Meeting

The Company's 2015 Annual Meeting will be held at 11 a.m. (BST) on Tuesday 19 May 2015 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4AG.
