Mailing of Notice of 2025 Annual Meeting

MYCELX Technologies Corporation ("MYCELX" or the "Company"), the clean water and clean air technology company, announces that, following the mailing to shareholders on 10 June 2025 of the Company's 2024 Annual Report, the Notice of 2025 Annual Meeting is today being mailed to shareholders.

Copies have been placed on the Company's website at www.mycelx.com . Copies will also be available free of charge from the Company's headquarters at 1650 International Court, Suite 100, Norcross, Georgia, USA 30093 for a period of at least one month.

Annual Meeting

As previously announced, the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. (BST) on Tuesday 23 September 2025 at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.
