The Company announces that it was notified by Connie Mixon, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, that on 5 April 2024, she purchased 49,300 common shares in the Company of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares"), at an average price of £0.51 per Common Share. Following this transaction, Mrs. Mixon holds 2,601,936 Common Shares representing 11.32 per cent of the total issued capital of the Company. In addition, the spouse of Mrs. Mixon also holds 229,008 shares in the Company.
