The Company announces that it was notified by Tom Lamb, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, that on 26 March 2024, he purchased 12,000 common shares in the Company of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares"), at a price of £0.50 per Common Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Lamb holds 325,175 Common Shares representing 1.41 per cent of the total issued capital of the Company.
