Dealing by Director

The Company announces that, on 30 October 2013, it was notified by Connie Mixon, a Director of the Company that, on 29 October 2013, she sold 25,000 common shares of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares"), representing 0.19 per cent of the present issued capital of the Company, at a price of 498p per Common Share.

Following this transaction, Ms. Mixon continues to be interested in 934,402 Common Shares, representing 7.05 per cent of the present issued capital of the Company, and in options over 163,017 Common Shares, of which 108,678 have vested.

The aggregate number of Common Shares shown for Ms. Mixon includes (a) 150,000 Common Shares held by limited liability companies controlled by Ms. Mixon; and (b) 202,646 Common Shares held by or on behalf of Ms. Mixon's children.
