conVISUAL increased its turnover by 21 % to EUR 11.6 million in 2006

conVISUAL (ISIN: 0006204589), Full Service Provider for mobile and voice
based value added services, based in Oberhausen, clearly extended its
business in 2006, with an increase in turnover by 21 % to EUR 11.6 million
(previous year: EUR 9.6 million). The annual deficit 2006 of EUR 3.7
million (previous year: EUR 0.2 million) is mainly affected by
extraordinary and special one-time costs. The company’s IPO in January
2006, the creation of a security prospectus in the second half of the year
and other special items, such as shareholder loans granted within the scope
of account reactivation and investments for the development of the US
business, had an impact on the result. The annual deficit 2006, reassessed
after deduction of these special items, is EUR 1.27 million.

With EUR 5.7 million, the business field Enabling Services, encompassing
the product groups SMS Gateway, MMS Gateway, Payment Gateway and also the
area of service phone numbers, accounts for 49% of the turnover generated
in 2006. With EUR 5.3 million (46%) generated through Interactive Mobile &
Voice Applications, this business field constitutes the second pillar of
the company, including votings, reverse auctions, downloads, subscription
and messaging services as well as the strategic product area Mobile TV
Services and On Screen Services. The extension of the sales team had a
positive effect on the turnover development in both business fields.

The third business field, Content Licensing, the field with the highest
profit margin, also showed a positive development, making a contribution of
EUR 0.6 million to the overall turnover. In the middle of the business year
2006, the staff was extended also in this field, which immediatlely
resulted in better market development and an increase in new acquisitions.

In 2007, conVISUAL is definitely continuing its strategy of concentrating
on media and mobile industries as well as on the development of its US
business. With regard to the business fields, the managing board mainly
expects an increase in turnover in the area Interactive Mobile & Voice
Applications with new acquired renowned customers, such as ESPN
International, Endemol Deutschland, Santander Consumer Bank and the mail
order company Quelle. The company continues its persistent development work
for the US business, with the objective of generating the first revenues in
this year.

The managing board expects an increase in turnover and a significantly
improved result from the multifaceted activities planned for 2007.
