• 2020 Q2 完成八吋 / 六吋共用之 IGBT 晶背製程無塵室建置及 Q3-Q4 大部份機台裝機

• Fab construction for IGBT backside process completed in Q2 2020, majority tool move in Q3-Q4

• 關鍵設備雷射退火機延遲交機，於2月份運抵廠區，預估驗收完畢後， Q3-FS IGBT 即可 開始試產。
