In continuation to prior intimation dated August 22, 2024 and pursuant to Regulations 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform that the Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee of Muthoot Microfin Limited in its meeting held on August 26, 2024 has allotted 1,200 (One thousand two hundred) senior, unsecured, united states dollar denominated bonds/debentures (“Bonds/Debentures”) having face value of USD 10,000 (United States Dollars Ten Thousand only) per Bond for an aggregate nominal value of USD 12,000,000 (United States Dollars Twelve Million only).
