Post allotment the paid up capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 400,96,87,010 consisting of 40,09,68,701 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 401,03,73,260 consisting of 40,10,37,326 equity shares of Rs. 10/-.
