Sub: Raising of Funds through Securitization

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Muthoot Capital Services Limited (“the Company”) has completed a securitization transaction, raising an amount of ₹ 57,44,05,510/- (Rupees Fifty Seven Crores Forty Four Lakhs Five Thousand Five Hundred and Ten only) in multiple tranches, by assignment of Two Wheeler Loans receivables aggregating to ₹ 59,21,70,630/- (Rupees Fifty Nine Crores Twenty One Lakhs Seventy Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty only) on January 01, 2026.

Please note that this is the Fourth Securitization / Direct Assignment transaction carried out by the Company during FY 2025-26.

The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.
