Munich, November 1, 2018 – Mutares AG (ISIN: DE000A2NB650) has successfully closed the acquisition of Knorr-Bremse RailServices UK (KBRS) and Kiepe Electric Ltd. (Kiepe) from Knorr-Bremse.
