After the approval of the workers’ representatives of Mecaplast, mutares has signed an APA to acquire two French plants of the Mecaplast Group. The closing of the transaction will take place until the end of the year. The two profitable plants, based in Izernore and Précigné, France, generate revenues of EUR 70m with 340 employees.
