With regards to its growth path, mutares will further develop its
governance and structures. Dr. Axel Geuer, Co-CEO and Co-founder of
mutares, will advance mutares' strategic positioning and thus will move to
the supervisory board at the next AGM. Robin Laik will manage the further
growth of the group. Five Managing Directors will be responsible for the
operational development. Thereby mutares will secure the sustainable
development of the group. The management of the group will be driven by an
experienced Executive Committee that reflects the major strength of the
group - its diversity in regions and industries.
