Mustera Property Group Ltd (ASX:MPX) (Mustera or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has reached settlement on the acquisition of the property located at 10 Forbes Road, Applecross.

The settlement reflects the first of two unconditional contracts, executed by the Company, to acquire two adjacent properties in Applecross. Upon settlement of both properties, the Company will have secured an interest in a prime corner development site, with a combined total land area of 2,023m[2] in the affluent suburb of Applecross.

The Company expects to complete settlement on the adjoining property, including 12–14 Forbes Road and 40 A, B, C Kishorn Road, Applecross, in early August 2017.

Details relating to the transaction were previously announced to ASX on 22 May 2017.
