Mustek shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement by Novus Holdings Limited ("Novus") released on 2 January 2026 regarding the TRP's ruling following its investigation into the conduct of Novus in respect of the mandatory offer made to Mustek shareholders and Novus' intention to appeal the ruling of the TRP.
