ಜಗಳವಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರನ್ನು ಹುಬ್ಬಳಿ: ಬಿಡಿಸಲು ಹೋದ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಕೊಲೆ ಆಗಿರುವಘಟನೆಇಲ್ಲಿನಹೊಸೂರುವೀರ ಮಾರುತಿ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಮಹಿಳೆಯೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾನಗರ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಘಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ಸಣ್ಣನಿಂಗಪ್ಪ ಮಣ್ಣವಡ್ಡರ (35) ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಗೀತಾ ಎನ್. ಬಂಡಿವಡ್ಡರ ಎಂಬುವರನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗೀತಾ ಎನ್. ಬಂಡಿವಡ್ಡರ ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಾದಿನಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಗಳವಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಜಗಳ ಬಿಡಿಸಲು ಮಂಜುಳಾ ಮಣ್ಣವಡ್ಡರ ಮಧ್ಯ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಅವರ ತಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎದೆಗೆ ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಹೊಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಿಡಿಸಲು ಬಂದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ಮೇಲೆ ಗೀತಾ ಕಸಬರಗಿಯಿಂದ ತಲೆಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ಷೆಯಿಂದ ಎದೆಗೆ ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಹೊಡೆದಾಗ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ಅವರು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಲೆಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಬಿದ್ದಾಗ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮೃತರ ಮಗಳು ನೇತ್ರಾ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾನಗರ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮುಂದಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದಯಾನಾಯಕ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಮುಂಬೈನ ಎಟಿಎಸ್ ತಂಡದಿಂದ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಮುಂಬೈ: ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಫ್ರೂಟ್ ಇರ್ಫಾನ್ನನ್ನು ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಆಗಸ್ತ್ರಾನಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಉತ್ತರಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಅನೂಪ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ನನ್ನು (24) ಮುಂಬೈನ ಭಯೋತ್ತಾದನೆ ನಿಗ್ರಹ (ಎಟಿಎಸ್) ಬಂಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಉತ್ತರಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಬಲರಾಮಪುರದ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಗೊಲು ಅಲಿಯಾಸ್ ಅಂಕುರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅಲಿಯಾಸ್ ಅನೂಪ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಸುಪಾರಿ ಪಡೆದು ಫ್ರೂಟ್ ಇರ್ಫಾನ್ನನ್ನು ಆ.6ರಂದು ಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಈ

ಸತತವಾಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಬಳಿಕ ಕಣ್ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಅನೂಪ್ನನ್ನು ಖಚಿತ ಸುಳಿವಿನ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಯಾನಾಯಕ್ ಎಟಿಎಸ್ ತಂಡ ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ ಅಂಧೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲೆಗೆ ಬೀಳಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಬಲಿಯಾದ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಯ ಎದೆಗೆ ಗುಂಡು ಹಾರಿಸಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಅನೂಪ್ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಅನೂಪ್ 2016ರಲ್ಲೇ ಒಪ್ಪಿದ್ದರು.

ಘಟನೆ

ಮುಂಬ್ನೆ ಒಮೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಂದ ಬಂಧನಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅವನನು ಮುಂಬೈನ ಅರ್ಥರ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಬಂಧಿಖಾನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು ಅಲೇ ಆತನಿಗೆ ನಿವುಣ ಶೂಟರ್ಗಳ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು ಜ್ಜೆಲಿನಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಇರ್ಫಾನ್ ಹತ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸುಪಾರಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಮೂಲಗಳು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿವೆ.

ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ

ಪತ್ತಿಯ ಕೈವಾಡವಿರುವುದು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರನ್ನು ಬೆಚ್ಚಿ

ಅನೈತಿಕ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾದ ಪತಿ ಕೊಂದ ಪತ್ತಿ–ಪ್ರಿಯಕರ ಸೆರೆ

ಖಾತ್ರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಕೊಲೆಯಾದವನ ಪತ್ನಿ ಅಕ್ಷತಾ ಕೊಲ್ಲಾಪುರ ಹಾಗೂ ಎದುರು ಮನೆಯ ಕಾಶಪ್ಪ

ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಅನೈತಿಕ ಸಂಬಂಧಕ್ಕೆ

್ಷತಿ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆತನನ್ನೇ ಮುಗಿಸಿದರೆ ನಾವು ಸುಖವಾಗಿರಬಹುದೆಂದು ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರಿಯಕರ ಕಾಶಪ್ಗಗೆ ಪತಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಲು ಅಕ್ಷತಾ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾಳೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ಕಾಶಪ್ತನು ಸೋಮವಾರ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಜಗದೀಶನನ್ನುತನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆಬೈಕ್ನಲ್ಲಿಕುಳ್ಳಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಮದ್ಯೆ ಕುಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ನಂತರ ಜಗದೀಶ

ಚಾಲಕ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯಿಂದ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯತ್ತ ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದಾಗ ಈ ಮುಖಾಮುಖಿ ಡಿಕ್ಕಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ. ಘಟನಾ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಪಿಐ ಸಿ.ಜಿ.ಮಠಪತಿ, ಪಿಎಸ್ಐ ಎಲ್.ಕೆ.ಜೂಲಿಕಟ್ಟಿ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು ಕ್ರೂಸರ್ ವಾಹನದ ಚಾಲಕನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಣ್ಣ ಈರಣ್ಣ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

axy ; ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಿರಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ಅಹ್ತದ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಹಾಗೂ ತರುಣ್ ಗೊಗೋಯಿ ಅವರ ನಿಧನಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಂಸದ ಪ್ರೊ। ಐ.ಜೆ.ಸನದಿ ಸಂತಾಪ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ದಿ.ರಾಜೀವ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರ ಆತ್ಮೀಯರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅಹ್ಜದ ಪಟೇಲ ಅವರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್, ಅನೇಕ ಮಹತ್ತದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. 2004ರಿಂದ 2014ರವರೆಗಿನ ಯುಪಿಎ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ರಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರ ನಿಧನದಿಂದ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಷೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಡಿಗೆ ತುಂಬಲಾರದ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಯಕ ತರುಣ್ ಗೊಗೋಯಿ ಅವರ ನಿಧನ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಗ್ ಒಬ್ಬ ಹಿರಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡನನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಸ್ರಾಂನ ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ಥಾನದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ತರುಣ್ ಗೊಗೋಯಿ ಅವರ ಸಾವಿನಿಂದ ದೇಶ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮುತ್ಸದ್ಧಿ ನಾಯಕನನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಂತಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಸಂತಾಪ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ■ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಎಐಸಿಸಿ ಖಜಾಂಚಿಯೂ ಆದ ಅಹ್ಜದಪಟೇಲ್ ಅವರ ನಿಧನಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಸಕ ಪ್ರಸಾದ ಅಬ್ಬಯ್ಯ ತೀವ್ರ ಸಂತಾಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗುಜರಾತ್ನ ಭರೂಚ್ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಿಂದ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ರಂಗ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಒಟ್ಟು 8 ಬಾರಿ ಸಂಸದರಾಗಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ನಾಯಕರಲ್ಲೇ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರ ಅಗಲಿಕೆ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ತೀವ್ರ ದುಃಖ ತರಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ತುಂಬಲಾರದ ನಷ್ಟವುಂಟಾಗಿದೆ. ಅವರ ಆತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಂತಿ ಸಿಗಲಿ, ಅವರ ಅಗಲಿಕೆಯ ದುಃಖ ಭರಿಸುವ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಭಗವಂತ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಲೆಂದು ಶಾಸಕ ಪ್ರಸಾದ ಅಬ್ಬಯ್ಯ ಸಂತಾಪ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೊಲೆಯಾದ ರಮೇಶ ಭಾಂಡಗೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ಭೂವಿವಾದಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದ. ಗಬ್ಬೂರ ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ಬಳಿಯ ಒಂದೂವರೆ ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನು ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೆಲವು ಲಿಟಿಗೇಶನ್ ಪ್ರಾಪರ್ಟಿ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಮೂಗು ತೂರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಟೀರಿಟ್ ಕಿಂಗ್ ಎಂದೇ ಕುಖ್ಯಾತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಗೂಂಡಾ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಬಂಧಿತನಾಗಿದ್ದ. ರೌಡಿಶೀಟರ್ ಕೂಡ ಆಗಿದ್ದ. ಭೂ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೇ

ಕೊಲೆಯಾಗಿರಬಹುದೆಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಶಂಕೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಚಾಕುವಿನಿಂದ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ

Pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and the MCA Circulars (as defined below) Members are hereby informed that pursuant to the provisions of Section 110 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, and such other applicable laws, rules & regulations (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof, for the time being in force) and in terms of the General Circular No.14/2020 dated April 08, 2020 and General Circular No.17/2020 dated April 13, 2020 (the 'MCA Circulars') read with General Circular No. 33/2020 dated 28.09.2020 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (the 'MCA'), Murudeshwar Ceramics Limited ('the Company) has, on 24th November, 2020, completed the dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice ('the Notice') through e-mail to all its Members who have registered their e-mail IDs with the Depositories through the concerned Depository Participants and/or with the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ('RTA'), Canbank Computer Services Limited, for seeking their approval by way of special resolutions in respect of the businesses mentioned in the Notice dated 13th November, 2020.

Each Members' voting rights shall be in proportion to his/ her share of the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company as on cut-off date i.e. Friday, 6th November, 2020, which will only be considered for voting. A person who is not a Member as on the cut-off date should treat this notice for information purpose only. The Company has availed the services of NSDL for providing 'Remote E-Voting' facility to its Members. The Remote E-Voting facility will commence on Friday, 27th November, 2020 at 09:00 a.m. (IST) and will end on Saturday, 26th December, 2020 at 05:00 p.m. (IST) (both days inclusive). Remote E-Voting will be disabled by NSDL at 05:00 p.m. (IST) on Saturday, 26th December, 2020.

NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF SCHEME

A Petition under Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shah Pulp & Paper Mills Limited and Venkateshward TexFeb Private Limited with Shah Paper Mills Limited was presented by the petitioner Companies before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ('NCLT') and was sanctioned by the Hon'ble NCLT on 27th October 2020. Subsequenity, Form INC-28 has been duly filed by the respective Petitioner Companies with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on 10th November, 2020.

(Membership No. ACS: 8717 and COP No. 3289), having office at T-22, 3" Floor Satellite Complex, Koppikar Road, Hubballi - 580020, Karnataka, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner. The members of the Company are also hereby informed and requested to note that:

(a) The necessary instructions for Remote E-Voting has been set out in the notes section of Notice dated 13th November, 2020.

(b) Once vote on a resolution is cast by the member, he/she shall not be allowed to change it subsequently or the cast vote again.

(c) The voting rights of the Members shall be in proportion to their shares of the paid-up equity share capital ofthe Company as on the Cut-off date Friday, 6th November, 2020. (d) The Postal Ballot Notice, together with Explanatory statement, Remote E-Voting instructions and the process of e-mail registration for non-registered Members to avail Postal Ballot Notice and procedure for 'Remote E-Voting', in terms of MCA Circulars, is available in the notes portion of the Notice.

(e) The Postal Ballot Notice alongwith its Explanatory Statement is also available on the website of the company at www.naveentile.com and the websites of the NSE and BSE.

(f) In terms of MCA Circulars, voting can be done only by Remote E-Voting. As the Remote E-voting does not require a person to attend to a meeting physically, the members are strongly advised to use the Remote E-Voting procedure by themselves and not through any other person / proxies. Further, no hard copy of Postal Ballot Notice along with Postal Ballot Forms and pre-paid business envelope will be sent to the Members for this Postal Ballot and Members are required to communicate their assent or dissent through 'Remote E-Voting' system only.
