Announcement of Interim Dividends

Murray Income Trust PLC has today declared first, second and third interim dividends per share of 8.25 pence, totalling 24.75p per share, in respect of the year ending 30 June 2022 (2021: first, second and third interim dividends per share of 12.55p, 3.95p and 8.25p, totalling 24.75p per share), as follows -

In relation to the first, second and third interim dividends, the latest date for receipt by the registrars of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 3 December 2021, 25 February 2022 and 27 May 2022, respectively. The Board expects that the fourth interim dividend per share, to be announced in August 2022, will be at least 10.00p (2021: 9.75p per share).
