Murray Cod Australia Limited (ASX: MCA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Murray Cod Australia Limited (‘MCA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MCA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 16 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Murray Cod Australia Limited (ASX:MCA) (the Company) hereby requests a trading halt of its securities effective immediately, pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

The Company provides the following information in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1:

• the Company requests that the trading halt should remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding completion of the bookbuild for the capital raising, and the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 16 November 2021;

• the Company expects that the trading halt will be ended by it making an announcement to the ASX in relation to completion of the bookbuild for the capital raising;

• the Company is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted; and

• the Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
