Murray Cod Australia Limited (ASX: MCA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Murray Cod Australia Limited (‘MCA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MCA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 March 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, Murray Cod Australia Limited (the Company) (ASX:MCA) hereby requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding an acquisition of business assets.

The trading halt should be lifted at the time the announcement is made, which is anticipated to be prior to the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 17 March 2020.

The Company is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
