Murray Cod Australia Limited (ASX: MCA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Murray Cod Australia Limited (‘MCA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MCA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 16 December 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, Murray Cod Australia Limited ( Company ) (ASX:MCA) hereby requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising ( Proposed Capital Raising ).

The trading halt should be lifted at the time the Company makes an announcement to the market in relation to completion of the Proposed Capital Raising, which is anticipated to be prior to the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 13 December 2019.

The Company is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
