Replacement Prospectus

Timpetra Resources Limited ( Timpetra or the Company ) advises that it has today lodged a Replacement Prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ( ASIC ).

This Replacement Prospectus replaces the prospectus dated and lodged with ASIC on 24 November 2016, and was issued following comment and queries received from ASIC, as detailed on page 3 of the Replacement Prospectus.

The Company is aware of recent news and media articles regarding the Murray Cod aquaculture businesses the Company proposes to acquire, and the ongoing capital raising.
