Capital Return (2[nd] tranche) and (2[nd] ) Special Dividend Record Date

On 17 December 2014 the Company held a General Meeting to seek shareholder approval to conduct a capital return in two tranches. The first tranche has been completed. Both tranches comprise a capital return and special dividend as previously announced.

The second tranche was scheduled to be paid on 23 March 2015 and a Record Date of 20 February 2015 was announced, however the Company did reserve the right to vary these dates in need.

Payment of the second tranche is conditional upon quantifying the company’s tax liabilities via the receipt of a Private Tax Ruling. The consequence is that the previously announced timetable cannot be achieved for Tranche 2.

An announcement of the revised Record Date will be made when the Tax Ruling has been received.
