COMPANY SECRETARY APPOINTMENT & RESIGNATION

Timpetra Resources Limited (ASX:TPR) (“Timpetra” or the “Company”) wishes to advise that Mr Nicholas Geddes has resigned as Company Secretary, effective immediately.

The Board would like to formally acknowledge and thank Mr Geddes for his significant contributions to the Company during his appointment and wishes him future success.

The Company announces the appointment of joint Company Secretaries, Ms Wendy Dillon and Mr Brett Tucker.

Wendy Dillon has been a Chartered Accountant since 1993 and is also a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Tax Institute and a Registered Tax Agent. Ms Dillon is a Senior Associate at Anderson’s Tax & Investment Services where she has gained extensive commercial experience across a range of industries. Mr Ross Anderson, Chairman of the Company, is the founder of Anderson’s Tax & Investment Services.

Brett Tucker has acted as Company Secretary to a number of ASX listed and private companies and has been involved in numerous public corporate acquisitions and transactions. Mr Tucker is a Chartered Accountant with a strong compliance background gained from experience in an international accounting practice. Mr Tucker is an Associate of Ventnor Capital which provides strategic advice and corporate services to small and mid-cap ASX listed companies. Mr Morgan Barron, a Director of Timpetra, is a Director and shareholder of Ventnor Capital.
