Expansion of Management Team

Timpetra Resources Limited ( Timpetra or the Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Paul Hardy-Smith as an aquaculture and veterinary consultant to the Company, subject to completion of the aquaculture transactions and re-listing on the ASX.

Dr. Hardy-Smith is recognised as an expert in production health management in aquaculture and is the Managing Director of Panaquatic Health Solutions. Dr Hardy-Smith work and has worked in Australia, Canada, the US and a number of Asian countries including Thailand, China, Vietnam and Malaysia. Dr HardySmith has acted as an expert aquaculture and aquatic animal health consultant for national and local governments, multinational companies and privately owned fish farming enterprises. Dr Hardy-Smith may be granted up to 5 million options in the Company if approved at the shareholders meeting on 16 December.

Paul will assist with biosecurity measures to ensure the continued health of our fish stock, as well as overseeing the breeding and nutrition of our Murray Cod in order to increase farm productivity.”
