Appointment of Directors

Directors are pleased to announce that Messrs Ross Anderson and Morgan Barron have agreed to join the Board of Timpetra Resources Limited as non-executive Directors effective immediately.

Mr Anderson is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience. He is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and is a Chartered Tax Adviser. He is a registered company auditor and is the principal of the licensed securities dealer, Anderson’s Investment Services Pty Ltd. He is the Chairman of Clearpoint Capital Ltd which manages a fund specialising in derivatives and alternative assets. He was President of the MF Global Client Support Group in Australia and has a wide and varied commercial experience in dealing with agribusiness and capital markets.

Mr Barron is a Chartered Accountant and has over 18 years in corporate advisory and holds a B.Com from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma with the Securities Institute. Mr Barron is a member of the Institute of Company Directors and is a Director and shareholder of Ventnor Capital Pty Ltd and Ventnor Securities Pty Ltd which specialises in the provision of corporate advisory services to a variety of ASX companies.

Resignation of Director

Mr Dimitri Burshtein has given notice of his resignation to be effective upon these appointments.

Chairman Martin Priestley wishes to thank Mr Burshtein for his significant contribution to the Company and looks forward to working with the revised Board.
