Directors are pleased to announce that Mr Ross Anderson, who was appointed a Director on 26 November, has been elected Board Chairman.

Mr Anderson acknowledged the achievement of the Board in restoring shareholder value to the Company resulting in the returns of capital and dividend, paid during the previous financial year, under the leadership of the previous Chairman, Martin Priestley.

Mr Priestley will remain on the board as an independent, non-executive Director.
