Appointment of Director

Directors are pleased to announce that Mr Dimitri Burshtein has agreed to join the Board as an independent non-executive Director.

Mr Burshtein is currently the Group Executive, Corporate & Business Development for Financial and Energy Exchange (FEX) and was previously a General Manager, Investor Relations and Corporate Finance with the Australian Securities Exchange.
