TIMPETRA RESOURCES LIMITED – Cancellation of Gossan Hill transaction

Timpetra’s board of directors, including two new members, have assessed the Gossan Hill transaction as announced on 31 August 2012 and have decided not to proceed. Accordingly, Resolution 5 in the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting is now redundant and has been withdrawn.

With the new Board installed, the company is continuing to seek to identify expeditiously a project or projects for acquisition with a view to achieving the levels of financial return initially contemplated in the 2010 initial public offering.”
